My goal is to help highlight the unique strengths that lie within all of us. I strive to help children/adolescents, families, and adults to recognize the meaning they attach to life experiences. When we understand the meaning we attach to events, we better understand our choices.
I specialize in working with individual struggling with Borderline Personality Disorder, Trauma/PTSD, and Children/Adolescents. I work collaboratively with clients to help them find a sense of safety, security, and belonging through a combination of modalities; Adlerian, CBT, Existential and Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy.
