My name is Jami Ivey, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Tennessee and Kentucky. I have 30 years of experience in the field and over 22 years as an LCSW. I am Charles Cobble a licensed clinical social worker offering therapy services that are tailored to the individual needs of each client. I am a proud Army Veteran, who served as a mental health provider to over 1500 soldiers in Kuwait. I have worked extensively in the Veteran and LGBTQ+ community. Percy Ford, MC, LPC-MHSP, NCC established Lighthouse Correctional Counseling and Mental Health Services in 2012 to provide Individual Psychotherapy, Family Counseling, Group Therapy and Couples Counseling to offenders and their families. Mr. Ford earned a BS in Social Work from Tuskegee University in 1997 and graduated from Argosy University School of Psychology and Behavioral Sciences in 2007 with a MA in Professional Counseling.

The Center provides a safe place to discover the underpinnings of what may be preventing you from moving forward in life and experience healing. There can be a variety of life experiences that may hold you back: trauma, divorce, accidents, job loss, parenting issues, child behavior problems, blending families etc. Our hope is to help you to process, identify change and begin recovery. What you bring to the the Retreat Center is your transparency, trust, and desire to change and heal. The combination of both of us working together offers hope and change for your present and future.

My client base is focused on the addict and those close to them who have been affected by the addict's behaviors. Clients entering the practice have found themselves caught in a destructive cycle of behaviors; often wishing they could stop, but find themselves continuing the behaviors. Then, there are those the addict has betrayed and hurt deeply through his or her behaviors. The affect of the behaviors have often left the loved ones traumatized and in need of support through the healing process.

I work with a wide range of populations from individuals, families, parents, premarital, ADHD, autism/Asperger's, giftedness, twice-exceptional (2e) & beyond. As a licensed marriage & family therapist, I believe in therapy for the whole person to include mind, body, spirit. We are all made for connection - to ourselves & to others. With fees as low as $10 per session, we strive to make talk therapy services available for everyone in the Nashville community. As a center for couples, families, and individuals, Lipscomb Family Therapy Center provides a comfortable and confidential therapy setting to discuss issues you may be struggling with. All LFTC therapist interns provide services on a sliding fee scale that runs from $10 to $50 per session based on client income. At LFTC, we welcome opportunities to work with everyone, regardless of religious or spiritual background. We believe that seeking help shows strength and a commitment to becoming a healthier person.

I also work with clients that are struggling with anxiety and depression.
