Pregnancy and the postpartum period can be an extremely emotional experience for moms. Many changes happen mentally and physically that can make this time period challenging. As many as 1 in 7 moms will experience a perinatal mood and anxiety disorder (PMAD). PMAD can occur at any point from conception through postpartum, sometimes extending into a lengthy course of time if not treated. If you are a mom with these issues, you might feel alone, helpless and fearful of how to ask for help with PMADs.

For some women, this experience can cause severe anxiety, guilt, anger and bitterness. I am trained to help you through this, grieve the loss and move forward in a completely non-judgmental setting.
