I am a mental health therapist that focuses on treating mental health concerns specific to women.Women often face challenges that are unique to their gender, such as sexism, trauma, stereotyping, relationship concerns, motherhood, childbirth issues, and infertility struggles.I like to have a collaborative approach in therapy to help address these issues and help meet the goals of the women I work with. I have a particular interest in working with women who have struggled with infertility and new motherhood.
In therapy I hope I can create a nurturing space that would be welcoming for growth and change. I take a holistic approach to therapy. I focus on the whole person - mind, body, and soul. Through talk therapy I help bring awareness to the connection between emotions, thoughts, and physical experiences to create a deeper understanding of self.
