Much of my practice technique works to restore self esteem and dignity which are problems as a result of trauma and addiction. My personal experience is conducive to the work that takes place. I create a positive therapeutic alliance that is safe, and confidential. Addictions are treatable. Everyone can get sober, and in doing so you can live a "Quality of Life" that you deserve. Client families and spouses who often have been affected by addictions. I provide counseling and support for anyone who has been negatively affected by addictions. You yourself may not be an addict but have a loved one that impacted your life, particularly adult children of an alcoholic or addict. Please call, help is available.

This group is open to anyone affected by addictions. The purpose is to be able to share or listen and identify with others struggling and who may not feel comfortable in 12 Step groups. All group members are asked to refrain from using any illicit substances during group time, and are asked to make a 4session commitment. You may call my office; 203-651-5117 if you have any questions and or to find out about when you may be able to start. The only real requirement is to take this step that may impact your life profoundly.
