Tara is an Licensed Master's Social Worker. Tara enjoys working with children, adolescents, young adults and families, although she is open to working with all ages who come from different walks of life. She works with those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, familial challenges, and life transitions. Tara supports children and their families with behavioral challenges, school problems and guidance to parents. She is person-centered and uses creative approaches to meet individual needs.

I work with individuals, couples and families to help them identify and address the difficult issues that are standing in the way of the strong, loving relationships they desire. I strive to help all clients establish positive communication skills and stronger relationships. I provide a safe and supportive environment where they can explore and address feelings of hurt or anger and develop goals that will move them toward healing and reconnection.

Alexandra is a Spanish speaking Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Her experience consists of working in many diverse settings including youth mobile crisis, emergency departments, inpatient hospitals, and with individual, group, and family therapy. While working in various roles, she has found a passion for working with children and their families and young adults. Throughout Alexandra’s experience she has worked with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, self-destructive behaviors, ADHD, behavioral issues, psychotic disorders, personality disorders, trauma, and forensic social work working with incarcerated youths.
