I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and a certified Mediator. I work with couples, families, blended families, and individuals, as well as divorce and post decree mediation; by using a strong commitment and a natural talent for working with people through difficult transitions, change, and other challenges.
Through counseling and strategizing sessions, people can make differences in their own lives. By assisting people in resolving their own conflicts while teaching them new and valuable approaches to conflict resolution, problem solving, and better communication they learn to support themselves through very challenging transitions and conflicts in their lives.
