We are a collection of therapists who partner with clients from all walks of life to find connection, healing, and restoration through clinical mental health services. We have compassionate counselors that can support children, teens, parents, and families as well as provide individual adult therapy services for a variety of mental health needs. When caring for children, we use developmentally and neurologically informed play therapy services that are aligned with the Association of Play Therapy's standards.
Additionally, we partner with adult clients to reduce trauma symptoms, anxiety, and depression. We assist with developing secure attachment, implementing personal boundaries, increasing self-awareness and esteem, and learning to hold the positive and negative realities in life equally. Whatever your need is, we have clinicians available to help.
