Are you feeling overwhelmed by life's challenges? Not sure how to maneuver through all of the well meant advice from friends and family? I believe that the answers come from within us. The key to these answers is to find the truth within ourselves. Therapy is about discovery. Discovery, like life, can be challenging. My goal is to provide you with a safe place to discover the truths within and to provide you guidance. Life has 3 C's: Choice, Chance, Change. Where do you want to start?

My clinical approach is Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy. Mindfulness is about healing the mind and the body through focus and a non-judgmental perspective.

Military personnel and spouses hold a special place in my heart. I bring personal experience and understanding to the session. Having spent over 10 years in EMS as a Figherfighter/EMT-B gives me insight to the trauma we see and experience. I spent several years in the medical field as a CNA, and have a deep understanding of how trauma affects the body.
