As a licensed individual, marriage and family counselor with over 25 years of counseling experience, my approach to therapy is one of commitment and collaboration. By building a collaborative relationship with clients through genuine acceptance, empathy, and support, the foundation for change is established. It is my goal to help clients live more authentic lives by finding balance, resolving conflicts, and finding courage to take personal risks.
Typically individuals, couples and families come to me to work through problems they are having in their relationships, mild to moderate depression and anxiety, communication challenges,conflict resolution, parenting difficulties, or numerous other life transitions.
My office hours are Monday-Friday, and appointments are scheduled beginning at 9 am, and the last appointment is scheduled at 5 pm.
