I am an experienced clinical psychologist and supervisor, well-versed in telehealth; I am also an Active Duty Veteran and currently serve in the PA Army National Guard. We have a staff providers who are well trained and available via telehealth or in-person. Patient populations of focus include Veterans, Military, and First Responders. Additional areas of expertise are other public safety activities including treatment of patients who are justice involved, those with substance use disorder, and providing evidence based care for trauma, depression, stress and adjustment issues, as well as relationship and marriage concerns.

I completed my undergraduate work at the University of Pittsburgh and received my Masters in Social Work from New York University. I have experience working with an array of identified problem areas including, but not limited to, anxiety, mood disorders, substance abuse, eating/body image, postpartum depression, self esteem and life/developmental transitions.

I have 18 years experience as a social worker and also have several years experience as a professor in Social Work. My experience is diverse as I've worked with adolescents, mentally challenged, drug and alcohol, geriatrics, grief and bereavement, marital counseling, and have helped clients with various mental health diagnoses. I pride myself in not just talking with the client but working jointly to find meaningful, measurable goals during therapy allowing for clients to see proof of progress throughout the course of treatment.
