I enjoy working with all people. My ideal clients are those who want to be self aware, mindful and confident; those who want their lives to reflect their values and beliefs. Helping clients to recognize and understand the mind-body connection and to understand how thoughts directly affect behavior is my passion. All people are a work in progress. Life situations can sometimes be extremely difficult and counseling can be a helpful tool in progressing beyond and through certain challenges. Helping clients to develop healthy coping and problem-solving skills is my specialty.

Dr. Edwards is a Clinical Forensic Psychologist, Ms. Grudowski is a Licensed Professional Counselor, and Ms. Golling is a Masters level clinician in Clinical Forensic work. They serve the greater Pittsburgh area, as well as across the Commonwealth. Dr. Edwards is unique as their academic training in Forensic Psychology involved both law and psychology specialty coursework. All associates have extensive forensic and clinical experience working with juveniles, adults, and families.

As the owner of Associates in Counseling & Wellness, LLC, I have had extensive experience treating adults and children, couples and families struggling with various mental health and developmental conditions. I have specific training in both cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy, however, I believe completely in meeting the needs of each specific client and therefore utilize eclectic techniques to enhance the strengths of each individual. I believe in the inherent stength that each individual embodies and therefore use therapy as a place to enhance the inner experience of each client from a wholistic perspective.

Greg was born and raised in Pittsburgh and graduated from Duquesne University with degrees in Psychology and Sociology, and Counseling. He is an experienced therapist and clinical supervisor with a background that ranges from teenagers to seniors, spanning both mental health and substance abuse. He has worked in foster care, drug & alcohol/recovery, and mental health settings. Greg uses a person-centered approach to help people through a wide variety of life events and struggles. He has facilitated groups on mental health, abuse, anger, healthy relationship skills, family issues, and works on an individual and family basis.
