I provide psychotherapy to help people grow in their understanding of themselves and others, in how they experience and work with their feelings, and in developing and maintaining healthy, satisfying interpersonal relationships.
While I am trained & proficient in a variety of Evidence Based Practices, I work from more of an eclectic psychotherapeutic perspective. I believe in assessing theoretical approaches that best fit the individual, appropriately explaining & discussing treatment options with each client, and work collaboratively to create the most beneficial treatment plan.
I am bilingual (Spanish/English), and comfortable working with clients in both languages. My approach is integrative, combining cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, and other psychotherapy modalities. This blended perspective offers a holistic view of the individual, which helps promote insight and achieve growth in all areas of life.
