Reaching Resolution is a group practice with over 25 years of experience working with children, individuals, couples, and families to help find solutions to the problems that you or your loved ones face. We use a positive, strengths-based approach, drawing from evidence-based strategies to fit your own unique situation and needs. We use a solution-focused approach to help you find positive ways to handle situations and reach the resolution that's right for you.

I work with clients who are experiencing depression, anxiety, a wide range of relationship issues (including marital, pre-marital, divorce and singleness), chronic illness, grief and also offer career assessment and counseling. I combine a practical, problem solving approach with a focus on the client's emotional and family history to facilitate greater insight for the client as we collaborate to bring balance and wholeness to that client's life. In my many years of practice, I have been on staff at a university counseling center, a large private practice and currently am with a ministry-based counseling center.

Past and current damage can sabotage our attempts at living the life we deserve and prevent us from trusting others. Often before people enter therapy, they have tried many things to make changes in their lives in order to feel better. Nothing has worked- at least for long. Talking about your problems is not enough. I will help you identify destructive patterns that have interfered with your ability to enjoy life and replace them with healthy solutions.
