I offer free initial individual and couples consultations, in which I work with clients to identify their therapeutic goals in order to create greater self-awareness and personal growth. The focus is also in developing tools in order to better cope with any symptoms they are experiencing.
I have extensive experience working with adolescents and adults suffering from mood disorders, OCD, anxiety and fear resulting from recent life transitions. Counseling is critical to healthy development during transition periods. Forming a therapeutic alliance provides a safe and confidential outlet for individuals to process their thoughts, feelings, and emotions.
I provide traditional therapy as well as Christian-based and cross-cultural counseling. I have developed a particular focus on working with individuals of all ages and ethnic backgrounds experiencing PTSD, OCD, and mood disorders. I am available to meet weekly with individuals/couples.
