Es difícil dar el primer paso y buscar ayuda cuando se enfrentan problemas de salud mental. A veces sentimos que nadie mas los va a entender o que no deberíamos discutirlos con extraños. Como una profesional de la salud mental bilingüe y bicultural, entiendo que la cultura y la familia pueden influir en la idea que tenemos sobre la salud mental. Mi objetivo es ayudar a mis clientes a romper el estigma de la salud mental y encontrar un balance en su vida sin renunciar a sus raíces.
