I enjoying working with adolescent and adult clients alike, primarily those experiencing relationship issues, childhood trauma, family systems difficulties, substance abuse and addiction, anxiety disorders, and struggles with everyday life in between these stressors or traumas. I most recently worked as a school-based therapist for a local community mental health agency with middle & high school students. I have found great satisfaction in helping relational units achieve successful communication and increase intimacy. Marriage and Family Therapy is a second career for me and one that I was drawn to by a deeply held conviction that people are capable of change.
