If there is one thing in life that is guaranteed, it is that it’s unpredictable. The many twists and turns we experience throughout life can be challenging and overwhelming to manage. My goal is to help you navigate this unfamiliar territory and become the best version of yourself! I help my clients achieve this by looking within: accessing their own strengths, values, and purpose, while providing an empathic and nurturing environment.

My training has taught me to view humans from an interconnected standpoint. Human beings are made for connection and are all part of a larger system, thus we all depend on interpersonal relationships. We can better understand ourselves by exploring this greater system and its many layers. After all, how can change happen if we only stop at the first layer?

I have experience working with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, chronic illness, relational challenges, life transitions/adjustment, and trauma. Whether you have been married for 40+ years or are newly engaged, this workshop will give you ample tools and knowledge on how to further strengthen your relationship, better communicate needs, and turn conflict into connection. You will learn through exercises with your partners, video demonstration with actual couples, and open discussion among group members facilitated by EFT couple's therapists. Snacks will be provided!
