My practice serves children as young as 5 years old, Moms and their toddlers, teens and their parents, adults and families. I specialize in end-of-life, bereavement and spiritual psychology. I am trained in expressive arts, play therapy, compassion-focused therapy, trauma, loss and grieving.
I have taught expressive arts therapy (YWCA Counseling Center), grief counseling (JFK University), Pastoral Care (Holmes Institute), lead support groups for adult children of aging parents, for women diagnosed with cancers and long-term illnesses, for teens questioning everything.
