I specialize in helping individuals (adults 18 and up) work through a wide range of issues. Some typical issues include depression, anxiety, OCD, infidelity, intimacy, relationship problems, addictions, transitions ( Marriage/divorce, career, empty-nest), trauma, ADD/ADHD, issue from childhood and other life issues. I have been treating these and other types of life problems for over 25 years. From my experience, I have found that people benefit from different therapeutic modalities and methods to achieve their goals and potential. Some of the modalities I find useful in addition to traditional in-depth psychotherapy include CBT/ERP, DBT, and EMDR.
It's a pleasure to help individuals, couples and families find healing; to move from a place of struggle, pain to one of hope and positive change. My focus: To help you increase self-awareness and emotional skills so you can have a life of increased emotional choices, freedom and happiness.

A group for committed couples to explore, in a supportive environment, new ways to improve communication, increase intimacy and fun in their relationship. The group is structured around a main topic. Coaching, psycho-education and other supportive method will be used to bring about deeper intimacy and happier relationships. Topics include Communications Skills, Love and Intimacy, Dealing well with Conflict, among other topics. Fee is $90 per couple for each group. One month commitment is required.

A- supportive-educational group is forming for Adult (Ages 18 and up ) who have ADD/ADHD and want to improve their lives. This group can help address feelings of anger, procrastination, distractibility, moodiness, impulsivity, low self esteem, underachievement, and relationships issues.In a supportive group environment, members can share practical as well as emotional experiences living with ADD/ADHD. Sharing of experiences, learning skills, and listening to others share their experiences, provides a deeper understanding, and a way to move forward.
