I am glad you are here! I have both a master's and doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), and have been practicing for 15 years. I focus on building collaborative relationships with individuals, couples, and families. We all possess the necessary strengths to change. My role as a therapist is to draw out existing strengths and resources to help clients reach their full potential. My personal values are authenticity, connection, reliability and open-mindedness.
I am an integrative therapist. Once I understand a client's concerns and goals for therapy, I draw from evidence-based models and tailor treatment to each client. I create a relaxing, safe and comfortable environment for clients to grow and explore their concerns.
When I am not seeing clients, I am usually with my spouse and 3 kids. I also love nature, being outdoors, and being active. In addition to seeing clients, I am passionate about sharing resources with the community. A colleague and I offer online Couples courses at coupledexperts.com
