I firmly believe that depth of understanding, emotional awareness, and rejuvenated coping skills are the foundations of progress, confidence, and success.
My career began in trauma, working with 9/11 Rescue and Recovery workers. As I moved my practice to Montclair, I began to incorporate a deeper practical understanding of (and focus on) daily suburban angst: anxiety/depression; OCD; academic and career struggles; video-game and internet addiction; and parenting challenges.
