I am a Master’s level Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) and co-occurring disorders therapist, who is trained in Family Systems and Substance Use/Dependency (SUDP) with the background in Human Biochemistry. Prior to becoming a licensed mental health counselor associate.Annie worked as a board-certified music therapist at a state psychiatric hospital for six years. Annie utilized a variety of expressive arts and therapeutic activities in both individual and group therapy settings.

I am an artist/poet turned therapist. My method is to slowly build a therapeutic relationship, uncover strengths, and move toward client-identified treatment goals. Once clients are resourced and can see, and then interact with their patterns and parts they make changes.
