I’ve been helping people transform their lives for 27 years in many different venues. Among them, boarding schools, recovery meetings, even on bicycles. Additionally, I’ve raised three humans, my children, enduring toddlerhood, adolescence, and soul-searching young adulthood--the latter during a global pandemic (see “Issues”). I’ve also managed to stay married to the same wonderful person--for 32 years in a row--in spite of raising said children.

I specialize in EMDR. This brief therapy treatment typically resolves a traumatic or hurtful memory in 4 to 6 sessions.
