From personal to professional growth, a BALANCED life helps you overcome your struggles in healthy ways in order to create the life you’ve always desired. I specialize in the ego development, reinforcement and mentorship of adolescents, teens and adults.
I am not perfect nor has my life always been. I have made mistakes been divorced, fought infertility, battled two cancers & have lovingly supported my spouse and our family. I wouldn't change a thing; these are the experiences that have made me who I am today. I firmly believe that, "Life Is Like Riding a Bicycle, To Keep Your Balance You Must Keep Moving."

Sports Injury Recovery Returning to Play!
Athletes and injuries, it's just part of the game. When an athlete suffers a season ending injury it can cause a great deal of emotional distress not just for the athlete but for their families too. This group is designed for student athletes that are struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, loss and uncertainty as they work through their journey on their way to return to the sport they love.
