The client that is the best fit is one who is motivated to make personal life changes, family restructuring change or who may be ordered to complete counseling for court/work obligations. We offer Telehealth to new and existing clients on a HIPPA compliant platform. All new client paperwork and payments can be made directly on the platform.

I am experienced in working with these issues using EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) and CBT (cognitive behavior therapy) for adults & teens and play therapy for children.

I have 30 years of training and experience with individuals, couples and families facing various challenges. As an adjunct professor in an accredited marriage and family therapy graduate program, I am familiar with major models of psychotherapy.
