Therapy is a journey. I feel privileged to join my clients in working towards improving their lives. I have worked in private practice since 2006, providing family/couple, individual, and group therapy services. I work with clients of diverse ethnicities, ages, and genders. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and solution-focused, family therapy-based, culturally sensitive, and client-centered. For 20 years, I have helped children and their families cope with bad things that sometimes happen in a child's life. This includes abuse, divorce, school issues, loss of a loved one, or low self-esteem. I understand the ripple effects that these can have on family members and how hard it is to watch your child struggle. I use a neuroscience-informed approach to create a safe environment for clients to release the emotional pain in a way that makes the most effective use of your time.

I have experience working with a wide variety of life problems and mental health disorders, but my primary interests include depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), academic issues, panic/phobias, anger management, addiction, couples, marriage, and family relationship issues.

Dr. David Pulley "Dr. Dave" earned his bachelor's in psychology from Howard University in DC and obtained both his Master's and Doctorate from Chestnut Hill College in PA. His Doctorate degree is in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy and a specialization in the subject of Soul Mates. As a result, he is known as an expert on soul mates and a pioneer of some of the clinically based models and theories on the subject. Dr. Pulley has created a team of clinical consultants (Tender Loving Care Clinical Consultations) who provide psychologically based consultative support for their client base.

I love working with people who are motivated for something better in their lives but haven’t been able to figure out what’s blocking them from having it. This can include relationships, career, success, sports, family, happiness, confidence and more. Maybe you feel unworthy or incapable of having that something better. I have experience in working with depression, anxiety, trauma, physical abuse, sexual abuse, family relationship issues, and parenting concerns. I use a variety of modalities to create a treatment plan that fits each client and their specific needs and goals. I am passionate about empowering clients to make positive changes in their lives.

Matt's experience includes working with adults and adolescents dealing with a variety of issues including: marriage and family struggles, drug and alcohol addiction, sexual addiction, men's issues, depression, divorce mediation and other life struggles. Additionally, Matt is a Certified Anger Resolution Therapist (CART) experienced in helping individuals work through anger.

I have worked in private practice, university clinics, and hospital settings across the country including Lucille Packard Children's Stanford and Texas Children's Hospital. I have over 20 years experience working with kids, teens, and adults with a wide range of mental health and behavioral conditions. Including kids with ADHD, Autism, Learning DIsabilities, and Grief. I specialize in working with women with Post Partum Depression, Adoption, and Infertility, couples, and family counseling. I completed training with Bo's Place. I was awarded graduate fellowship in Distress Screening from Yale University .

I have been helping children, teens and adults for over 20 years. I work with a wide array of issues and problems that we all face in life. I have extensive experience in treating individuals with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, communication issues, and ADD/ADHD. I work closely with the family law community to provide Reunification Therapy. This service will typically be initiated through a court-order or an attorney referral. The goal of Reunification Therapy is to repair the parent-child relationship within the context of a high-conflict divorce/separation.

Dr. Johnson's hope is to provide compassionate and collaborative psychological services for children, adolescents, and their families. Dr. Johnson provides expert evaluation, therapy, and consultation to children, adolescents and their parents in order to help sort through concerns and find answers. Presenting concerns for an evaluation may include developmental delays, learning problems, attention difficulties, emotional and/or behavioral concerns, or social skills problems. In individual and family therapy, Dr. Johnson focuses on supporting the emotional, behavioral, and social well-being of children and adolescents. Therapy is also offered to target children's behavioral adherence and strengthen parent-child relationships.

I specialize in working with children and parents. I have been working in the field of play therapy since 2011 when I was a graduate student. My approach to play therapy is non-directive, client-centered play therapy. I have worked with children from diverse backgrounds. I look at each child and figure out which therapeutic modality works best for them. In terms of parenting, I use Theraplay to build the attachment bond with the parent and child. I also assess the family and we can collaborate on ways that meet your family's needs.
