As a clinician, I work with individual adult clients in addressing a variety of issues (e.g. mood concerns, communication issues, anger management, emotion regulation, domestic violence, other past abuse, career counseling, etc.) I assist in addressing Depression, Anxiety, Self-awareness, Substance Use/Addictions, etc. I hold a Masters in Counseling Psychology and a Masters & Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. As an Industrial-Organizational Consultant, I work with individuals & businesses contingent on specific needs including Mergers & Acquisitions, Leadership coaching, Retention, Training, Employee engagement, & more.
I utilize an eclectic and holistic approach.Therapeutic approaches integrated in my practice include, but not limited to: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, Adlerian Approaches. With over a decade in experience working: Inpatient settings, crisis stabilization, Addiction & trauma centers.
