We all get "stuck" from time to time. Using client centered counseling, I begin in"the here and now". Solution based therapy is also an integral part of the experience. The client guides while I serve as the agent in the helping process. I offer tools to get you "unstuck". Life is full of conflicts. Gaining the skills to manage conflict gives you confidence, empowerment, and liberation! You will enter an environment of acceptance, encouragement, as well as growth. This journey will give you a new perspective, a fresh start. I adapt my therapy to ages 10 and up. The medium may vary with the client's need and age. My specialties are: abuse, anger issues, anxiety,academic counseling, career issues, depression, divorce, family conflict, griel and loss, self-esteem, stress,and suicidal ideation. I am a cancer survivor.
