I personally have experienced several losses in my lifetime - as a child, as a teen and as an adult. I have multiple perspectives on loss and grief and am also certified in the Grief Recovery Method. I offer both individual grief counseling and group grief counseling. I am experienced at assessing people in crisis and providing a treatment plan.
I believe that if we have hope and keep looking forward to tomorrow it is possible to grow and change and live the fulfilling life that we were meant to live.
