I have been practicing counseling/psychotherapy for over 20 years and have been facilitating family, couple and individual therapy since 1998. I am experienced in inpatient, partial day treatment and outpatient treatment, working with adolescents, adults, couples and families. Using a multi therapuetic approach I am non-judgemental and easy to talk to. I enjoy working with family systems issues as I feel anything impacting one of our family members impacts us all. As a native of Southeast Texas I am familiar with resources and am happy to refer individuals as needed.

The greatest acceptance of ourselves can only be achieved with an honest look inward. This honesty allows us see what strengths we desire to build and what needs we can reduce.
