I have a passion for helping families and young people. Parenting in all stages of life can be difficult, which is why I seek to provide support, understanding, and tools to help enhance your family relationships. I work directly with caregivers to manage behaviors of toddlerhood. I connect well with middle schoolers who find it difficult to connect with others. I also enjoy helping teenagers find hope and healing while overcoming depression and trauma. I’m like a teacher in that you should learn something from me, like a doctor in that you should overcome symptoms, and like a firefighter in that I help keep kids safe.

It is my goal and passion to help you live a life with peace and joy. Not just the stuff you read about, but a genuine peace that only comes from within. No matter where you come from or where you have been, I welcome you. A warm environment will be found as you share your hearts burdens. I am a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist who has practiced therapy since 2008. I prefer to counsel from Christian perspective but will adjust to my client's needs. I have significant experience working with trauma, anxiety, and chronic mental illness. I enjoy working with married couples and helping individuals overcome past trauma especially. I am trained to work with individuals, families, or couples on a variety of issues.

Patricia received her Master of Science from Lee University in 2016. She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the State of Tennessee. Patricia's counseling services are available via telehealth. Patricia is trained and experienced in trauma, grief, depression, anxiety and simply adjusting to life. Her treatment model is trauma-informed and integrative psychotherapy including clinical training in TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and Level 1 Complex Trauma Treatment Professional Training, current training telehealth trauma certification.

My primary expertise are in trauma reprocessing/integration, infidelity recovery/repair, and attachment maintenance in family systems.
