I have experience as a therapist in outpatient mental health clinics, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, cancer treatment facilities, substance abuse treatment centers and schools. With 10 years of serving both individuals and family systems, I have addressed a vast array of symptoms related to mental health concerns. I tend to focus on the whole body and its connections. I understand counseling as growth, much in the same way a tree grows. In counseling we honor our roots, noting where we came from while stretching our branches high and reaching for what we wish to become.

I work with neurodivergent teens and adults (Autism and ADHD) as well was a wide range of clients who have experienced trauma, issues in their family dynamic, communication, peer groups, self-esteem, and relationships. I am most passionate about working with individuals as they explore the deep parts of themselves and uncover new insights. Many of my clients work to improve relationships, gain tools and strategies for day to day struggles, and explore, process, and find healing from past traumas and old wounds.

Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, based in Tennessee serving Tennessee, Kentucky, and Virginia via Telehealth. I received my Masters from Western Kentucky University and have been practicing for several years. I help adults with anxiety, coping skills, grief, and relationships. I help teens and young adults with coping and life skills. I work with couples struggling with relationships concerns or lack of growth. I also work with families working through family concerns and struggles.

As a therapist, I believe that growth happens in relationship.
