Hello! I am currently under supervision to become a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I am able to help most ages typically ages 6+ who may struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, life transitions, family conflict, stress, and many other struggles that most of us face at some point in life. I have experience with working in multiple different settings including those working with child abuse, family dynamic conflicts, behavioral concerns, and traditional outpatient needs. I take pride in connecting with my clients and meeting them where they’re at through empathy and understanding.

I have a background in working with children, adolescents, and adults. I specialize in cognitive-behavioral therapy, which is my primary modality. I integrate mindfulness and expressive therapies into client-focused counseling. I also have vast training in grief counseling focused on families and individuals. In my professional career, I have past private practice experience as a clinician treating individuals, couples, and families.

I am an experienced clinical psychologist and supervisor, well-versed in telehealth; I am also an Active Duty Veteran and currently serve in the PA Army National Guard. We have a staff providers who are well trained and available via telehealth or in-person. Patient populations of focus include Veterans, Military, and First Responders. Additional areas of expertise are other public safety activities including treatment of patients who are justice involved, those with substance use disorder, and providing evidence based care for trauma, depression, stress and adjustment issues, as well as relationship and marriage concerns.

My clinical experience began in general private practice, and I later moved on to develop a more specialized treatment approach through an internship with The Center for OCD and Anxiety in August 2020. From there, I transitioned into my roles as Associate Therapist, Intake Manager, and Caregiver Support Group Leader until February 2024.
