I work with individuals, couples and families who may be suffering due to stress, anxiety, depression or changes in life that have become overwhelming. My primary goal is to provide a safe, confidential space for clients who are ready to begin the process of healing. In this space we will develop a therapeutic relationship and begin to shift the mindset that has created suffering and move toward living with purpose and joy. Whether it be anxiety, postpartum symptoms, life transitions, or relationship problems, I am here to provide support and offer insight so that you can move forward.
My specialty is working with individuals suffering from TRAUMA using EMDR, either in a typical session or extended sessions. With compassion, I will provide the confidential space you need to share what you are experiencing and help put things in perspective so that you can begin to feel like yourself again.
