My goal is to help you regain purpose, be more authentic, and enjoy life and your relationships again. I am trained in Brainspotting therapy which provides a brain-body processing option for difficult-to-change ongoing challenges that talk therapy has not been able to change. Brainspotting is useful for such things as difficult to treat trauma, anxiety, depression, or impulse control, as well as improving things such as performance anxiety, physical pain, and addiction. I also offer a LGBTQ and polyamorous safe counseling experience and provide informed relationship and family counseling for these communities.
I also have a background in art therapy and research-based therapies such cognitive behavioral therapy with all my clients to help them identify how thoughts, feelings, and actions are related and help develop practical skills to help practice your work in a day-to-day way.
I have strong roots in social justice, family therapy, art therapy and research-based therapy. The result is an intuitive, solution-focused, and collaborative approach to help people feel better, and develop healthy happy relationships.
