I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and worked for years as a therapist and a Clinical Supervisor in a community mental health setting. I specialize in depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and trauma and offer individual therapy for adults and adolescents. I also specialize in a type of therapy called EMDR.
