Whether I see you one-on-one or with an important other, I will meet you with compassion, hope, and acceptance. Because we all deserve not just to survive, but to thrive.
I help my clients to navigate life’s challenges with compassion, curiosity and humor. Together we discover the wisdom that resides in us all and find new ways forward. You can learn to resolve conflicts, set boundaries, parent with love, and change and grow individually, as a couple, and as a family -- all with love, kindness, awareness and acceptance.
