My preferred treatment methods are brief therapy or serial brief therapy with individuals, couples, and families. I use a combination of brief therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, hypnosis, relaxation and stress management training, and parenting education. Also I provide employee assistance services including counseling, critical incident stress debriefing, workshops.
I am a national board certified fellow in clinical hypnotherapy (NBCFCH). I have 25 years experience in psychotherapy and another 5 years of general counseling experience prior to that. I may be listed in some insurance panels as Paul S. Long or Paul Stephen Long.
