I currently specialize in trauma work (PTSD), with a look at childhood adverse experiences and its impact on current life stressors. I use evidence based interventions, i.e. CBT, mindfulness and my training in Trauma therapy, to assist you in the process of transforming. In addition, I specialize in grief, loss, abuse, depression and anxiety.
My years of serving different populations has made me a better listener and partner in the healing process. Whether meeting with an elder, adult, young adult, or adolescent, I remain constant in listening with my ears and heart.
