I specialize in treating adults and adolescents struggling with emotions that often feel unmanageable or overwhelming. I am a licensed clinical psychologist with specialized training in both Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), as well as gold-standard treatments for trauma-related disorders. My approach is warm, authentic and collaborative.
