I specialize in cultural and gender specific issues, particularly with women of color and the special obstacles they face due to the fact that many are not taught to date. This is a very important skill that leads to relationship stability and happiness. On the other hand men face obstacles regarding their challenges of staying faithful and oftentimes blame "biology" and their mates for this instead of getting to the core of the problem and the anxiety they feel when contemplating commitment and monogamy.
My specialties include addiction, depression, anxiety and the multitude of obstacles that get in the way of our day to day. I can offer individual, premarital, family and couples counseling. Relationships are more flexible that most people think and many things can be repaired. It starts with self.
