I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) specializing in the treatment of Mood Concerns, Depression, Anxiety, Panic Disorders, ADHD and Anger focused treatment. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (IATP) and believe in taking a nurturing approach when supporting others with processing Trauma and Symptoms of PTSD. I have twenty years of experience working with adults, adolescents and children. I have an extensive background as a family therapist and enjoy coaching couples.

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma Based-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TB-CBT) to counsel children/adolescents adults, families, and couples working with diagnoses such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, ODD, stress, trauma/abuse (physical and sexual), domestic violence, grief /loss, relationship difficulties, and parenting/family concerns. I provide parenting training, mental health and substance abuse treatment. If personal challenges at home, at school, or at work are getting out of hand, or if your child is struggling with concentration, discipline, rebelliousness, I can help you!
