I know each person has a path I also believe each person has their answers; my responsibility is to assist them in finding those answers to stand by each client in their discoveries and meaning. I advocate entirely to Cure the Stigma of Therapy for all cultures. I welcome the journey with each client to a better day and a more peaceful self.
I focus on the Cognitive Behavorial approach along with Positive Pyschology and combining a Solution Based method and mindset. I also have experience with various approaches including DBT, and Trauma. The areas I've served people include various forms of Depression, Anxiety, Loss, Trauma, Developmental Disorders, Life Stressors, Substance Abuse and Recovery.
