I specialize in helping children and adolescents who struggle with depression, low self-esteem, self-harm and anxiety. Additionally, I have extensive experience in working with individuals of all ages who struggle with eating disorders including anorexia, bulimia, binge eating and obesity. In working with children, I involve family members when appropriate to provide parents with additional support and allow time in each therapy session to address any questions or concern they have. My therapeutic style is warm, empathetic, strengths based and informative while being goal oriented.

My goal as a therapist is to help adults, adolescents, children and families to improve their quality of life and relationships with one another. I work with individuals to find healing and peace in times of crisis, confusion, and stress. Additional services that I offer are parental coaching and school advocating/consulting. I am available to attend 504, IEP, and intervention team meetings to help families through the often arduous intervention and accommodation process. I am a licensed counselor that provides therapy for children, adolescents, adults and their families.
