PEMS provides holistic collaborative spiritual counseling, health coaching, and mental health coaching to clients using evidence-based practices that strengthen physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellness creating holistic balance in their lives. I believe in positive self-awareness and that as a person thinks they become so I educate clients on the ancient science of "know thyself. " PEMS holistic approach uses meditation, affirmations, evidence-based practices, and energy healing tools and techniques. I work with the military population, individuals, groups, couples, children, adults and elderly on lifes transitions.
My techniques utilized when working with clients allow them to feel safe and secure while discussing ways they can overcome their challenges. Clients take away tools and techniques they can use to live happier healthier lives.
My expertise in working with clients who have experienced unusual spiritual events have been successful in getting clients to work through their trauma, fear, anxiety and PTSD associated with these events successfully so they can lead happier healthier lives.

Grief and Loss
In a safe environment to validate experiences member is encouraged to move “toward” their grief, exploring the broad range of thoughts and feelings that accompany loss. Goals 1. Increase understanding of grief and loss create action plan Identity issues Link losses with dependencies Identify steps to managing grief. 2. Accept responsibility for change address underlying issues. Identify issues from the past and resolve or let go. 3. Correct irrational thinking relating to past grief and loss Objectives: Identify specific areas of cognitive distortion (“Stinking thinking”) Challenge irrational thoughts 4. Deal with uncomfortable feelings of guilt, survivor guilt, “should haves. 5. Decrease extreme grief and loss.
