These last few years of the pandemic have been very difficult for most people. We started our therapy office to walk alongside our clients through the waves of life. Providing a guiding light both Rashell and Jenna offer unique attributes to meet client's needs. Rashell works with ages 8 years old and older. She has much experience working with teenagers and adults with cognitive or developmental disabilities. Jenna works with ages 4 years old and over, she enjoys utilizing art therapy with all of her clients and play therapy with her younger clients.

Going to a therapist is hard work. Just thinking about talking through our anxiety, sadness, trauma, or any other issues can be so much that we push the thoughts away. While this can work for a little while, our feelings cannot be ignored for long. Eventually it catches up with us.
