I work with couples who would like to work through the fatigue and burnout from hurtful relationship experiences. You can heal as you learn to make sense of you internal world, process interpersonal dynamics, and adopt effective coping habits, forgiveness and mindfulness. As a single parent with a grown daughter with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), I have fought for educational services and encouraged her to accept her uniqueness by focusing on her unique gifts and talents.
