Desiri has been working in the mental health field since 2018. She obtained her Masters in Counseling from Ottawa University in 2021. Desiri works strategically using Solution focused and Cognitive Behavioral approaches. Being aware that everyone is not the same, she takes a custom fit approach to meet the client’s needs where they are to help each and every individual.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, my profession is not only my career of choice but a labor of love. I have always enjoyed assisting others. My goal is provide a safe encouraging environment where individual feels safe in expressing their concerns and issues. I have experience working with a diverse population who struggle with depression, PTSD, family conflict and relationship issues. I assist clients in developing insight into the source of their behavioral issues and concerns.

I am a fully licensed, bilingual clinician working with a diverse population. Since 2010, I have worked with Adolescents and Children as well as with families, and groups. The populations were diverse anywhere from depression, multiple personalities, trauma victims, alcohol abuse, physical/emotional and sexual abuse, anxiety, anger management, self-mutilators, bipolar, bullying victims, OCD, conduct/Oppositional, some eating disorders, grief self-esteem to name a few.

I have been in practice for a number of years, so my experiences are varied. I work with everyone.....children, adolescents and adults. I am knowlegeable and skillful in the treatment of emotional, behavioral and substance abuse issues. I am fortunate to have practiced with extremely knowledgeable and skillful clinicians as my mentors so my skills go beyond the textbooks. I treat my clients with courtesy and respect; as I expect my friends and family to be treated should they ever need professional assistance. I give 100% in assisting them in resolving their issues. If I can't help them, I'll help them find someone who can.

Georgia Behavioral provides treatment for mental health issues including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma, grief/loss, ADD/ADHD, behavioral issues, school issues, personality disorders, drug and alcohol and other conditions. We also provide medication management. We are located in the heart of Warner Robins, Georgia. Our facility provides safety and privacy for patients seeking healing and recovery. Our program treats patients age 5 and older in an outpatient setting.
