I've worked in varied settings and believe it’s important to take a holistic and collaborative approach to counseling to achieve a better understanding of ourselves. I work with teens and young adults through depression, stress, anxiety and grief, families and couples towards cohesion and better communication, and children to improved emotional regulation.
